WeCollab is a resident-led neighborhood planning collaboration between the West End and Visitation Park neighborhoods of St. Louis. The plan that will emerge from this process is intended to guide growth and development in an organized, efficient, and equitable manner over the next 20 years. The project is funded by Invest STL and is in partnership with the City of St. Louis and the Cornerstone Corporation.

The Summary of Understanding is not the final plan, but a summary of what has been learned and heard thus far. It marks the completion of the first phase of the weCollab planning process and will serve as a road map for the next two phases of the project.
